We're sorry to see you go. Here's how to delete your MotoBox account.

Delete from the App
The quickest way to delete your account is directly from the MotoBox app:
- Open the MotoBox app
- Tap the Menu icon (three lines) in the top-left corner
- Scroll down and tap “Delete Account”
- Confirm your decision when prompted
Your account and all associated data will be permanently deleted within 30 days.

Delete via Email
If you are unable to access the app, you can request account deletion by email:
- Send an email to support@motobox.app
- Use the subject line: “Account Deletion Request”
- Include the email address associated with your MotoBox account
We will process your request and delete your account within 30 days. You will receive a confirmation email once the deletion is complete.
What Gets Deleted
When you delete your account, the following data will be permanently removed:
- Your profile information (name, email, profile picture)
- All vehicles saved in your Garage
- Your vehicle search history
- DigiLocker connection and cached documents
- App preferences and notification settings
Note: This action is irreversible. Once your account is deleted, we cannot recover your data. Anonymous, aggregated usage data that cannot be linked back to you may be retained for analytics purposes.
